Rees Newton

Rees Newton graduated from The ACCESS Program in May 2023. Originally from Texas, Rees joined the program in 2019 with a clear goal in mind - to work at Disney World. Over four years of hospitality courses, the challenges of COVID-19, and countless learning experiences, Rees stayed focused on that dream. With support from ACCESS staff, Rees applied to the Disney College Program during the final semester of his senior year and successfully completed every step of the interview process independently. In 2025, Rees was promoted to a full-time cast member position at EPCOT, where he now works as a custodial trainer. Rees entered the ACCESS Program knowing exactly what he wanted to achieve - and, with dedication and guidance, he made that dream a reality.
