Jamey Bachman is the Employment Coordinator for ACCESS with over 10 years of experience in community and job development working with all ages of people seeking volunteer and work experience. Jamey spent 5 years as the director of a nonprofit volunteer center serving nonprofit organizations with volunteer recruitment and management resources and helping local individuals and groups engage in the community through service. A 2010 graduate of Mississippi State University (MSU) with a degree in Landscape Architecture, Jamey also holds a Master of Public Policy and Administration from MSU. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Educational Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis with the goal of earning the certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the future. At MSU ACCESS, Jamey’s primary responsibilities include internship placement and coordination in addition to the development of employability and career management skills among the current students enrolled in ACCESS, employment partner recruitment, basic employment course instructor, and support employment related correspondence with Mississippi Department of Rehabilitation Services staff.
